The American mythology of rugged individualism, pull yourself by your bootstrap is well ingrained in our culture.
Yet, even thriving solopreneurs cannot do it alone. Someone, somewhere took a chance on them before they were established or well known. There are many examples of six figure solo businesses and precious few seven figure solo businesses without a team.
As entrepreneurs, we all Want, Need, or Have a team with the expressed purpose of helping us multiply our impact in business.
